Claim your expenses

A taxi to a client, a lunch with one: her employer pays them back once she claims them. That usually means a spreadsheet and a pile of receipts. In this lesson, Hana's claim takes a minute.
What you'll learn
- Upload the receipts your employer pays back
- Pick the month and the work receipts
- Get a report with the receipts and the total
Step by step
- Work receipts — She uploads the taxi receipt and the restaurant bill, the same way as any other paper: Upload, then the two files. Snappy reads them like the rest.
- Pick the receipts — In the reimbursement report she picks September, then only the two work receipts. The groceries and her phone are her own. The report is one of her tools: she sets the start and end dates, continues to the receipt selection, and ticks the two she wants.
- The report — The report lists both receipts, with their pictures and the total her employer owes her, ready for her manager. Each line carries the date, the merchant and the amount, and the report opens as a PDF.
No spreadsheet, no photocopies. Next, asking Snappy about her money.
