Step by step

  1. Snappy — Snappy is on every page. She opens it from the top of the page, and the conversation opens beside what she was looking at.
  2. Her question — She asks in her own words: what did I spend on groceries last month? No menus, no filters: she types the question and sends it.
  3. The answer — Snappy looks through her papers and answers from them. Not a guess: her own receipt, her own month. The answer names the shop, the date and the amount, and says where it comes from: her spending breakdown for September. And she can ask in Arabic, French or Chinese just the same.
